I am plus size and had to take more than the recommended dose to see/feel an effect. It was a small change. I also started getting heart palpitations from the hormones. Estrogens and phytoestrygens have effects on your heart valves and vascularization apparently. I don't think it was worth it, but I missed my 90 day refund date, so I will finish and see what happens. Want to try Triactol next.
